Peuterspeelgroep De Wingerd in Ridderkerk, part of Kinderopvang SKR B.V., was inspected by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) Rotterdam-Rijnmond on 6 October 2025. This was an unannounced inspection following registration for toddler daycare with early childhood education (16 places, ages 2-4). The location meets legal requirements almost everywhere. One violation was identified: staff had insufficient knowledge of the mandatory reporting obligation in case of suspected abuse by the license holder. The license holder responded with an explanation and additional measures. The GGD advises the municipality of Ridderkerk to enforce.
