Summary

GGD Haaglanden conducted an unannounced incidental inspection on 9 October 2025 at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Peuterpunt in Leidschendam. The inspection focused on the staff-to-child ratio, staff qualifications, and Certificates of Conduct (VOG) including registration in the Childcare Personnel Register (PRK). Peuterpunt provides day care for up to 15 children aged 2–4 years and offers subsidised early childhood education 3 days per week. All present staff members and the intern hold a valid VOG, are correctly linked in the PRK, and meet the required professional qualifications and IKK language proficiency requirements. The staff-to-child ratio was in order at the time of the visit; the intern was deployed exclusively as surplus staff. No violations were identified.
