Summary

Peuteropvang Neverland in Capelle aan den IJssel was the subject of a follow-up investigation into early childhood education. During the annual inspection on 22 April 2025, it was found that one staff member did not meet the qualification requirements for early childhood education, resulting in the staff-to-child ratio not being achieved. The municipality subsequently issued an administrative order for a penalty payment. This follow-up investigation on 7 October 2025 found that all staff members now hold the required certificates and language proficiency level 3F. The violation has been resolved and the location meets all quality requirements.
