Summary

Peutergroep de Groene Vlinder is a toddler daycare with 16 places for children aged 2-4, located in primary school PCB Groen van Prinsterer in Capelle aan den IJssel. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) conducted an annual inspection on 3 February 2026. All inspected quality requirements were found to be in order: pedagogical policy, pre-school education, deployment of pedagogical policy staff member, certificates of conduct, use of the language of instruction, safety and health policy, domestic violence reporting code, and reporting, consultation and mandatory notification obligations. This inspection was a re-inspection following a warning in 2025 for a violation regarding pre-school education (a staff member without the required language level 3F). This violation has been resolved: the staff member completed training and now holds the required language level. During the current inspection, one minor remark was made about a bag within reach of children; this was immediately corrected.
