Summary
The Municipal Health Service (GGD) Hollands Noorden conducted an unannounced follow-up investigation at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Pettevlet in Noord-Scharwoude on 22 December 2025. The investigation was prompted by outstanding shortcomings from March 2025: a substitute staff member had started work without a valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and without being linked in the Childcare Personnel Register (PRK), a recurrence following an earlier recovery offer. The investigation consisted of document analysis and telephone consultation. The requested staff roster for 1–22 December 2025 showed that all structurally present staff members are now correctly registered in the PRK and only started after being linked. The violations have thereby been lifted and all assessed regulations are being complied with. The GGD advises the municipality of Dijk en Waard not to take any further enforcement steps.
