About this care

Perron 07 is an innovative children’s centre located in a monumental former school building from 1880 in the Zeeheldenkwartier district of The Hague. We provide a high-quality ‘childcare alternative’ for children aged 0 to 4 years. Rather than focusing solely on daycare, we emphasise growing up and developing together in a caring, playful and pedagogical environment. We currently have availability for 1- and 2-year-olds and warmly invite you to schedule a tour of our modern premises at Roggeveenstraat 2.

Daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Perron 07 in 's-Gravenhage provides care for up to 64 children (ages 0-4) in five groups. The annual Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspection of 14 October 2025 concludes that the location works safely and in a pedagogically sound manner in all key areas: the pedagogical policy is excellently implemented, all staff members are qualified and registered, the safety policy is in place and adhered to, parents are well informed, and there is an active parent committee. Two violations were identified: 1) incorrect deployment of a pedagogical staff member in training with a foreign diploma that does not meet the collective labour agreement requirements; 2) incomplete registration of drop-off and pick-up times, making compliance with the staff-child ratio not fully verifiable. A recovery offer was made and accepted for safe sleeping: the use of an unsafe hanging cradle was discontinued and the safety policy has been adjusted. The municipality is advised to enforce in accordance with the enforcement policy.
