Summary

Kindercentrum Peanuts in Hoogvliet Rotterdam, part of KindeRdam Kinderopvang B.V., was inspected on 12 May 2026 by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) Rotterdam-Rijnmond. The annual inspection involved an unannounced visit. The location provides daycare for 30 children aged 2 to 4 years, divided across two groups, with early childhood education following the Uk & Puk method. All inspected quality requirements were found to be in order, including pedagogical policy, pedagogical practice, early childhood education, staff qualifications, safety and health policy, and parent committee. No violations or areas for improvement were identified during this inspection. It is noted that during a previous incidental inspection on 3 April 2025, violations were identified regarding Safety and health and Space requirements, for which a recovery offer was made. The provider made use of the recovery offer, but the violations were not remedied; the change in childcare places was rejected. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises no enforcement action.
