During the follow-up investigation on 25 August 2026 at Partou KDV KC De Hobbit in Rosmalen, it was found that the location now meets the quality standard for hand hygiene. This followed the annual inspection of 8 May 2026, during which violations were identified: the absence of a parent committee and staff members' non-compliance with the hygiene policy due to long nails and nail coverings. The parent committee was subsequently established following a recovery offer. The hygiene violation involved a repeat offense (also identified on 2 October 2025), which meant no recovery offer was provided at that time. Following a written directive from the municipality with a 14-day recovery period, the location discussed the agreements again in team meetings. During the follow-up investigation, all staff members were found to be aware of the protocol and were acting in accordance with policy. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises no enforcement action.
