About this care
Welcome to De Terp at Nieuwendijk 38 in the heart of Rosmalen. We are a daycare center of Kanteel Childcare where every day is different. We provide care for children aged 0-4 years and understand that every child is unique with their own wishes, activities and opinions. With us, anything is possible.
We work with our toddlers using Early Childhood Education (ECE) and use fun themes for this. Our hand puppet Puk experiences all kinds of adventures with the children, making learning playful. We have a unique nature garden where children can play and discover. One day we put on our rain boots to play outside, the other day we sit comfortably inside with a book or make something fun with Puk.
Our pedagogical staff are ready every day to provide your child with a safe and stimulating environment. We believe it's important that children can develop at their own pace and in their own way. Together we learn, play and grow in a warm and familiar environment.

Summary
This Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspection report concerns an unannounced incidental inspection on 16 April 2026 at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) De Terp in Rosmalen. The reason is a temporary relocation of up to six weeks to the Zeis 1 location in Empel with a maximum of 25 childcare places. The inspection assessed the components general quality conditions and compliance, pedagogical climate, safety and health, and accommodation. The operator meets the statutory quality requirements in all components. The location has sufficient indoor and outdoor play space, appropriate sleeping spaces and safely furnished group rooms. The operator has submitted a recovery request for the spiral staircase in the hall and loose hanging cords from the sun blinds. The advice to the municipality is to grant the request for change in the LRK.
