About this care
Welcome to Partou KDV Bolstraat 28A, located in a beautiful monumental school building in the green Utrecht neighborhood of Oudwijk. Our location provides care for up to 37 children aged 0 to 4 years. As part of Partou, one of the largest childcare organizations in the Netherlands, we offer a safe and trusted environment where every child has the space to grow at their own pace and discover the world.
Our daycare center uses Partou Pedagogy, our unique vision based on scientific research and children's experiences. We work with six pedagogical building blocks that align with each child's development. Our professional pedagogical staff are ready to guide your child in a warm, homely atmosphere.
The location on Bolstraat has been officially registered in the National Childcare Register since January 1, 2010 under number 842114464. This means that as a parent you can apply for childcare allowance. We are under the supervision of the GGD Region Utrecht.
For optimal communication with parents, we use the Partou parent app. Through this app you can follow your child's day, communicate directly with our staff and arrange everything around childcare. Parents rate our organization with an average of 8.5.

The annual inspection on 21 July 2026 at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Partou KDV Bolstraat 28A in Utrecht shows that the location meets all assessed quality requirements under the Childcare Act. The inspection focused on the domains of Pedagogical Climate and Staff and Groups. The pedagogical practice was assessed as sufficient: staff respond warmly and responsively to children, adapt to individual needs, and guide children in their social development.
