Partou BSO Brabantweg 107 in Arnhem is an after-school care (BSO) for up to 56 children, located in the De Laar-West community school. The annual inspection of 22 May 2026 presents a predominantly positive picture. The pedagogical quality, personnel matters, and accommodation meet all requirements. The staff provide a warm, safe environment with individual attention for each child. At the previous inspection, a recovery offer had been issued regarding the staff ratio for picking up children; this has since been structurally resolved. The interior of the spaces, for which a recovery offer had also previously been issued, has been improved and continues to meet requirements. The only sticking point concerns the parent committee: this had not been established at the time of inspection, as was also the case in 2024 and 2025. The location manager did undertake various actions to recruit parents. Following the draft report, the holder responded with notification that two parents (one from the BSO, one from the adjacent daycare center/kinderdagverblijf/KDV) have now formed a combined parent committee, thereby meeting the legal requirement.
