The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspection report of 24 February 2026 concerns a further investigation at Paletkids childcare center in Vlaardingen, a toddler daycare center (peuteropvang) with early childhood education for 16 children aged 2 to 4 years. At the previous investigation of 18 November 2025, violations had been identified regarding early childhood education and safety and health policy. At this further investigation, the provider meets both quality requirements. The early childhood education is now well organized with theme corners, weekly planning, child observations, and permanent staff members. Hand washing after outdoor play now proceeds in accordance with policy. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises no enforcement.
