Summary
Municipal Health Service (GGD) Kennemerland conducted an unannounced annual inspection on 2 September 2025 at childminder Oudendijk at Nobellaan 19 in Heemstede. The childminder provides care through childminder agency (gastouderbureau) Nanny Service Nederland for a maximum of four children. All components were assessed during the inspection: general conditions, pedagogical climate, requirements for the childminder, accommodation and safety. The childminder generally meets the Childcare Act well. There was one violation in the area of reporting, consultation and mandatory reporting obligations: the childminder did not know how to contact the confidential inspector in case of suspected sexual offense or abuse by the childminder agency (gastouderbureau), and did not know that immediate police reporting is mandatory. This was immediately resolved during the inspection visit by looking up and discussing the required information. The violation was thereby lifted. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises no enforcement.
