Oostenbrink Sijm in Enkhuizen on 14 April 2025 for registration in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang/LRK). The childminder provides care through childminder agency ViaViela Sandy Laan for a maximum of 6 children (4-12 years). During the inspection, three shortcomings were identified in the safety and health risk assessment: it was not tailored to the age of the children to be cared for (4-12 years instead of 0-3 years), a smoke detector was missing on the first floor, and the risks of a staircase to a flat roof in the garden were not described. The childminder has remedied these shortcomings within the set deadline through a new risk assessment on 27 April 2025. All other assessed conditions (registration, pedagogical policy, expertise, accommodation, backup childcare, reporting code) were met directly. The GGD advises the municipality of Enkhuizen to include the facility in the LRK.
