Summary

This inspection report concerns a registration investigation for childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) Mouwen at Zeelsterstraat 198 in Eindhoven, conducted by Municipal Health Service (GGD) Brabant-Zuidoost. The childminder provides care on Tuesdays and Thursdays for one child aged 0 years at the requesting parent's home address. In the afternoon, care moves to Meerbergsche Laan 11 in Waalre, where after-school care (BSO) also takes place for two children aged 6 and 8. During the investigation, it emerged that the care address had been incorrectly stated in the application (Zeelsterstraat 254 instead of 198). The inspector gave the childminder agency the opportunity to correct this. All assessed quality requirements have been met: registration, pedagogical climate, requirements for the childminder, accommodation and furnishings, and safety and health. The childminder holds the required diplomas, a valid first aid certificate, and a certificate of conduct (verklaring omtrent het gedrag/VOG).
