The investigation showed that the childminder meets all inspected items. There was one minor deviation: a smoke detector was not hung in the location described in the risk assessment. This was discussed immediately during the inspection visit, and the childminder subsequently hung up the smoke detector afterwards, which was confirmed by email. The childminder agreed with the contents of the report and did not submit any objections.
