KSH KDV Cornelis Haak is a daycare centre located in the heart of Rotterdam East, at Algiersstraat 6. We provide full-day care for children aged 0 to 4 years in two vertical groups, welcoming up to 24 children in total. Our qualified pedagogical staff are on hand every weekday from 07:00 to 19:00 all year round, closing only on official public holidays. We work with small-scale vertical groups of 12 places each, where babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers play and learn together. This setup encourages social development and gives the youngest children the comfort of familiar faces throughout their entire stay. Each group is guided by permanent, certified professionals who understand exactly what your child needs. The location features its own outdoor playground with inspiring and safe play equipment. We believe it is important for children to explore both indoors and outdoors, so we use the garden every day: running, climbing, sand-pit adventures and, weather permitting, even napping outside in the fresh air. All meals and drinks are fully catered for. We serve three healthy meals daily – a hearty breakfast, a hot lunch and a light evening meal – plus fruit snacks and drinks. Our kitchen takes food allergies and special dietary requirements into account; please let us know your child’s needs. Parents stay involved through our parent portal. Each day you receive photos and a short report of what your child has experienced. Even while you are at work, you can still follow your son’s or daughter’s development and adventures. Personal contact is important to us: at drop-off and pick-up we always take time to discuss the day.
