About this care

Korein Wenckenbachstraat is our daycare centre located in the Woensel-Zuid district of Eindhoven. We provide care for children aged 0 to 4 in a safe, homely setting. Each day our professional staff offer warmth, challenges and personal attention, laying a solid foundation for every child’s growth and development. The annual inspection conducted on 18 May 2026 at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Korein Wenckenbachstraat in Eindhoven shows a positive picture. The location, part of Wij zijn JONG, meets all assessed quality requirements in the areas of pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, and accommodation. The pedagogical practice scores well on all four basic objectives of Riksen-Walraven. The early childhood education using the Pyramid method is well organized. However, there is a historical note: during previous inspections in 2024 and 2025, violations were identified, two of which were resolved through a recovery offer (herstelaanbod). One violation regarding outdoor play space remained until a formal directive from the municipality in 2025. At this inspection, however, the outdoor space was found to be in order thanks to creative solutions such as a rooftop terrace.
