About this care
At BSO Klingerberg in Venlo-Blerick, we provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 13. Our location at Klingerbergsingel 2 is centrally situated and features a completely renovated indoor space with a fresh, modern design. Outside, children can enjoy our spacious playground, where they can play, move, and explore after school.
We are part of Spring Kinderopvang and work from a warm pedagogical climate. Our pedagogical staff are ready to offer children a safe and stimulating place where they can be themselves. We provide care after school hours and ensure that children can relax and unwind after a day full of impressions.

Summary
BSO Klingerberg in Venlo (Spring Kinderopvang) wishes to increase its number of places from 22 to 60. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) investigated on 11 September 2025 whether the location meets the legal requirements for this expansion. Following a recovery offer for the pedagogical policy plan and verification of space measurements, the GGD concludes that the expansion is permitted. No violations or safety issues were identified. The municipality is advised to approve the amendment in the national register.
