At Stichting Kinderopvang Liemeer (SKL), we provide a safe and trusted environment for children from 0 to 12 years old. Our locations in Langeraar, Nieuwveen, Ter Aar and Zevenhoven are specially designed to give children the space to play, learn and discover. We believe in the power of a green learning environment, where children have daily opportunities to play outside and explore nature.
Our childcare staff are experienced and dedicated, and they provide a personal approach for each child. We offer a wide range of activities, including music, movement, arts and crafts and language development, tailored to the needs and interests of the children. In addition, we have a parent committee that is actively involved in our policy and organisation, so that parents are always kept informed of developments.
At SKL, your child's development is our priority. We offer flexible childcare options, including half-day care, so that you can tailor the care to your personal situation. Summary
Daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Klein Turfje in Zevenhoven provides care for 32 children aged 0-4 years and early childhood education (voorschoolse educatie/VE) for toddlers. The annual inspection on 24 September 2025 shows that the location meets the quality requirements in all areas, following two recovery actions. There were shortcomings in the pedagogical policy plan (lack of concrete stimulation of numeracy) and the VE training plan. Both points were remediated following a recovery offer (herstelaanbod) in October 2025. The pedagogical practice appears positive: children experience emotional safety, personal and social development are stimulated, and the provision is varied. Safety, staff qualifications, Certificate of Conduct (VOG) checks, and information provision to parents are in order. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises the municipality not to take enforcement steps.
