About this care
Toddlers aged 2 to 5 who need extra developmental support are welcomed at the Triangel. This group was established through a collaborative initiative between Ipse de Bruggen and Stichting Kinderopvang Liemeer. The Triangel offers young children a combination of regular preschool/toddler care with Early Childhood Education (Voorschoolse Educatie/VE) and specialist support.
The group consists of 8 children and 2 childcare professionals; a childcare worker from SKL and a professional from Ipse de Bruggen.
The Triangel is open during school weeks. The children attend on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
The day revolves around a changing VE theme. Various activities are offered within a fixed daily programme. This involves looking at what is appropriate given the child's abilities and which areas of development could benefit from extra attention at a particular moment.
Registration for the Triangel is handled through the pedagogical coach of the regular childcare organisations and/or the counsellor from Auris, in consultation with you as the parent.Read more

Summary
The annual inspection by GGD Hollands Midden of daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) De Triangel in Nieuwveen shows a predominantly positive picture. The location meets the quality requirements for pedagogical climate, staff and groups. However, shortcomings were identified in the area of safety and health.
