About this care
Kinderwoud De Wiken is located in the heart of Drachten, at Middelwyk 2, in the De Wiken district. We are housed in the Brede School De Wiken, together with OBS De Kameleon, PCBO Het Mozaïek, Talant, MOS and Sportbedrijf Drachten, ensuring seamless connection between childcare, education, play and upbringing. At this location we provide daycare for children from 0 to 4 years old. The large enclosed playground surrounding the building offers our youngest children a safe place to play and discover.
Our pedagogical team works with fixed familiar faces. We provide a warm and safe environment where children can grow and develop through play. Through collaboration with the primary schools in the building we create a continuous line from childcare to primary education.
