The annual inspection of 13 July 2026 at Kinderopvang Om y in Leek presents a predominantly positive picture. The small-scale combined group for daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) and after-school care (BSO) (ages 0-12, maximum 16 children) meets the quality requirements in the areas of pedagogical climate, safety and health, accommodation and parent rights. There was one violation in the domain of staff and groups: the formative deployment of two BBL trainees had not been documented in writing and a supervision plan was missing. The holder was not aware of this legislation. Following a recovery offer, the trainees were immediately scheduled as surplus staff and the holder drew up an action plan, including structural coaching on laws and regulations. The violation has been resolved.
