About this care
Welcome to Partou BSO Provincialeweg 4 in Veldhoven! Our after-school care is located in the Meerveldhoven district, centrally situated at Provincialeweg 4. We provide a warm and safe place where children aged 4 to 12 can relax, play and discover after school.
Everything we do revolves around fun and development. Children can take part in theatre, dance and music lessons, or get active in our cool football cage. For the creative minds, we have a large kitchen where we regularly hold masterchef classes – from baking oat cookies to preparing healthy meals. We also love spending time outdoors: we have a spacious outdoor play area where children can run, play and sports to their heart's content.
In addition, we regularly organise fun outings, such as a visit to the nearby Discovery Factory. We collaborate with other Partou locations in Veldhoven, such as De Bossebaan (for music lessons like piano and guitar) and Peter Zuidlaan (for sports lessons like tennis and swimming). These extra activities are offered on the basis of a separate contract.
Our location has room for a maximum of 88 children and has been registered in the National Childcare Register since 1 January 2010. Our team of pedagogical staff is ready every day to guide and inspire children and to have a great time together with them.Read more

Strengths

Violations
- During deviations from the staff-to-child ratio, on Tuesday 9 June 2026 between 13:00-13:15 only one staff member was present for 35 children, while at least two were required (50% rule). Also, between 13:45-14:00 no staff member was scheduled. Additionally, the location guide contained an incorrect break schedule for school-free days.
Summary
The annual inspection of 16 June 2026 at Partou BSO Provincialeweg 4 in Veldhoven shows predominantly positive results. The after-school care (BSO) meets the quality requirements for pedagogical climate, accommodation, and virtually all requirements regarding staff and groups. One violation was identified: during deviations from the staff-to-child ratio, there were moments when fewer than half of the required number of staff members were present, partly due to simultaneous breaks. The holder made use of the recovery offer and remedied the shortcoming on 31 July 2026 by adjusting staff rosters, the policy plan, and work instructions. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises no enforcement action.
