About this care
BSO De Draaimolen is located at Molenwijk 3A in Amsterdam-Noord. Our after-school care facility is situated on a spacious playground between the Krijtmolen and Bonkelaar schools. We provide care for 44 children and are registered in the National Register under number 631977089.
Our location is strategically placed in the Molenwijk neighborhood, allowing children to easily transition from school to after-school care. We offer not only after-school care but also vacation care during school holidays. This means parents can rely on us throughout the year for their children's care.
The location features a spacious playground where children can play and move freely. We believe it's important that children can relax after a school day and enjoy activities that match their interests and development.

Summary
BSO De Draaimolen in Amsterdam (46 places, ages 4–13) received an unannounced annual inspection on 19 June 2025. All assessed quality requirements (pedagogical climate, staff, safety and health) are fully complied with; the report was approved without shortcomings. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) found a warm pedagogical climate: children experience emotional safety, receive personal attention and are actively involved in activities. The team is stable, all staff members are qualified, hold a Certificate of Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag/VOG) and a valid first-aid certificate. The spaces are safe, clean and furnished in an age-appropriate manner; there is access to a public playground. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. No recovery action was needed.
