Our pedagogical staff are ready to offer children a safe, challenging and enjoyable place after school where they can relax, play and develop.

Summary
The Municipal Health Service (GGD) conducted an unannounced annual inspection on 4 June 2026 at the after-school care (BSO) location Volkerak of Kinderopvang Dikkie en Dik in Eindhoven. The location meets all assessed quality requirements regarding pedagogical climate and staff and groups. The pedagogical policy is in order, with both a general policy plan and a location-specific work plan. The pedagogical practice scores sufficiently on all four basic objectives: emotional security, personal competence, social competence, and values/norms. All staff members hold the appropriate Certificate of Conduct (VOG), suitable qualifications, and the staff-to-child ratio is correct. The two base groups (Azen Acht and Ruiten Acht) are comfortably within the maximum group size of 30 children. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The previous annual inspection (May 2025) did reveal a violation regarding pedagogical policy, which was resolved through a recovery offer. The GGD advises the municipality of Eindhoven not to take enforcement measures.

Zeer leuke en goede dagopvang en na schoolse opvang. Ze zijn betrokken en denken graag mee. Heel fijn om te zien dat je kind daar een leuke tijd heeft...
