GGD Twente conducted an unannounced follow-up investigation on 2 April 2026 at after-school care (BSO) Kinderopvang De Speelboerderij in Haaksbergen. The investigation focused on pedagogical policy, specifically the description of cross-location care. The location accommodates 27 children (ages 7-13) and is housed in community centre 't Meuken. During the previous investigation (December 2025), six shortcomings were identified, five of which were resolved through a recovery offer (herstelaanbod). The current inspection demonstrates that the pedagogical policy plan now complies: the description of cross-center care is formulated in a concrete and verifiable manner. No new violations or areas for improvement have been identified.
