Shortcomings have been identified regarding pedagogical policy (incorrect PBM hour calculation for 2026, insufficient PBM deployment in 2025), safety and health (not fully working according to policy, missing information on sudden infant death syndrome and evacuation, missing weather station, unhygienic practice during nappy changing), accommodation (inappropriate furnishing of outdoor play area), and parental rights (missing inspection report on website). The pedagogical practice is assessed as sufficient: children receive emotional security, and there is attention for autonomy and social competence. The operator has submitted a response stating that the PBM calculation has been corrected, the weather station is now active, and measures for safe sleeping and evacuation are present.
