Summary

The Municipal Health Service (GGD) Noord- en Oost-Gelderland conducted an annual inspection on 8 September 2025 at BSO Kinderopvang Bij Lotte B.V. in Hattem. The after-school care (buitenschoolse opvang/BSO) is located in the multifunctional centre 't Heem and has capacity for 30 children. All assessed quality requirements in the areas of pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, premises, and parental rights are being met. The pedagogical policy is comprehensive and well implemented in practice. Staff members hold the correct diplomas and Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) declarations, and are properly registered in the persons register. There was a point of attention regarding the acoustics of the group room, for which the provider has taken measures including a sound survey and installation of acoustic panels. No violations were identified during this inspection.
