Het Vossenhol

BSO Het Vossenhol is located in a spacious building at Asserlaan 1 in Castricum, near shopping center Geesterduin. We share the premises with day care center Het Zandkasteel and toddler care 't Drempeltje, allowing siblings of different ages to easily visit each other. Our after-school care accommodates up to 46 children aged 4 to 12 years. We work intensively with Kindcentrum Visser 't Hooft, OBS De Kustlijn and Kindcentrum Helmgras. We pick up children after school and safely bring them to our location. Children have access to multiple large group spaces. In our Atelier they can express themselves creatively with various materials and techniques. We have a child-safe kitchen where we regularly cook and bake with the children. Our own garden features playground equipment and a panna field. Additionally, we use the large schoolyard of primary school De Kustlijn with playground equipment, a running course, traffic square and a nest swing. We provide before-school care from 7:30 AM until school starts and after-school care from school end until 6:30 PM. We are open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. On Wednesday and Friday, care is available at BSO De Boomhut. During school holidays and study days, we remain open at our own location. Our activity program is tailored to the age and interests of the children. We work with themes, organize outings and workshops, and provide holiday care. We use a GoCab for transportation and provide warm meals when needed. Children can choose from creative, active activities or simply enjoy free play in a homely atmosphere.
