Summary
Municipal Health Service (GGD) Hollands Midden conducted a follow-up investigation at the request of the municipality of Alphen aan den Rijn at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Apetrots in Hazerswoude-Dorp. The investigation was prompted by violations identified during the annual inspection on 17 February 2026 in the domains of Personnel and Groups, and Safety and Health. The inspection on 29 July 2026 showed that both violations have been resolved. Regarding Personnel and Groups, this concerned trainees who were working without registration in the Childcare Personnel Register (Personenregister Kinderopvang). The provider has adjusted its working procedure so that registration and linking now always take place first. Regarding Safety and Health, this concerned an unsafe situation around safe sleeping practices. The policy has been revised, staff members have been informed, and measures such as whiteboards for check moments are being applied in practice. The conclusion is that the provider meets the assessed conditions.
