Daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Puur Avontuur in Geleen has received a positive assessment during an incidental inspection for expansion of its number of childcare places. The location meets all assessed quality requirements in the areas of general conditions, pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, and accommodation. The holder wished to expand from 32 to 59 childcare places, but the fourth group room is not ready for use due to delays in furniture delivery. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises granting the expansion provided that the number of childcare places is reduced to 48. The new vertical base group is well furnished with separate spaces for babies and toddlers.
