On 19 March 2026, the Municipal Health Service (GGD) Hart voor Brabant conducted an unannounced follow-up investigation at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Junglehoek in Tilburg. This investigation focused on compliance with the quality requirement regarding Certificates of Good Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag/VOG) and the Childcare Personnel Register (Personenregister Kinderopvang/PRK). Earlier, at the post-registration inspection on 20 January 2026, violations had been identified: multiple childcare professionals, the location manager, a structurally present individual, and the operator were not linked in the PRK. The municipality subsequently issued a warning letter. This follow-up investigation has shown that all individuals concerned are now correctly registered and linked in the PRK. The operator meets the assessed quality requirement.
