About this care
Welcome to Kindercentrum VIPkidz. We offer daycare (KDV) and after-school care (BSO) at two locations in Almere: Uithof 1 and Ambachtmark 88 (Marken). Our locations provide a safe, familiar environment where children can fully develop.
We use the KOVnet app, which allows parents to view their child's digital diary, daily schedules and easily report absences or swap days at any time. Our pedagogical staff carefully record how your child experiences the day through this app, so you stay involved in your son or daughter's development and well-being.
At Kindercentrum VIPkidz, we believe it is important that every child can be themselves. We encourage curiosity and provide space for exploration. Our locations have challenging play corners and green playgrounds where children can play and learn.

Summary
Kindercentrum Vipkidz in Almere provides daycare (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) for a maximum of 15 children aged 0–4. The inspection on 27 March 2025 shows that the childcare is pedagogically strong: children experience a safe, stimulating atmosphere and the staff members are well-trained and caring. The safety and health policy is up to date and correctly implemented. However, two shortcomings were identified: parents are insufficiently informed about the policy and are unable to exercise their right to be heard, as there is no parent committee and they are not actively involved. These violations led to a negative assessment. No recovery offer (herstelaanbod) was made. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises the municipality to take enforcement action.
