Summary

An unannounced post-registration inspection was conducted at after-school care (BSO) Kindercentrum de Ark in Oss on 30 March 2026. The location provides care for 29 children aged 4 to 13 years in a former sports complex. At the time of inspection, the location already met requirements for staff and groups, and accommodation. Violations were identified regarding pedagogical climate, safety and health, and parent rights, for which a recovery offer was issued. The provider made use of all recovery offers and the shortcomings have since been resolved. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises against enforcement.
