Summary

GGD Hart voor Brabant conducted a follow-up inspection at after-school care (BSO) Okido (Het Torentje) in Oss on 27 August 2026. This inspection followed an annual inspection on 31 March 2026 during which violations were identified in the area of safety and health. The location was given a recovery period via an intention to impose an order subject to a penalty for non-compliance. The action plan has since been addressed: a defective outdoor gate was repaired. However, the violation 'acting in accordance with the safety and health policy' remains unresolved. Shortcomings in cleaning and hygiene were identified: cut fruit was not covered, bread remnants and crumbs were found under tables, window sills were dusty, and cleaning schedules were incompletely filled in and not executed as agreed. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises the municipality of Oss to enforce in accordance with the enforcement policy.
