Summary
The unannounced inspection following registration on 19 March 2026 at Kindercentrum Arth in Almere shows that the location meets the legal requirements. The daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) provides care for a maximum of 16 children aged 2-4 years, Monday to Friday from 9:00-12:00. No children were present during the inspection visit, which meant the pedagogical climate in practice could not be assessed; this will follow at the next annual inspection. The staff work in accordance with the pedagogical and safety policy, hold appropriate diplomas, and meet the language requirement. The accommodation in basisschool Shri Ganesha is suitably arranged with sufficient indoor and outdoor space. There were two points for attention: no paper towels in the shared toilet facility (solution to be discussed with the school) and hand hygiene at the changing area (disinfectant pump to be added). These points are not violations but areas for improvement.
