About this care
Kindcentrum De Wel is located at Kavelwei 13a in Broeksterwâld and is the only child centre in the village. Since August 2020 we provide both education and childcare under one roof for children aged 0 to 12. Our after-school care (BSO) is organised in partnership with VANDAAG Kinderopvang. BSO takes place inside and around the school building, allowing children to play and relax in a familiar environment after school. Our location offers up to 50 BSO places. Summary
The Municipal Health Service (GGD) conducted an unannounced annual inspection on 15 June 2026 at after-school care (BSO) De Wel in Broeksterwâld, part of Vandaag Kinderopvang. The location provides care for a maximum of 24 children aged 4 to 12 years in a base group. The inspection comprised document review, a site visit, discussions with staff members and email contact with the quality advisor. All inspected items meet the legal requirements. No violations, areas for improvement or recovery offers (herstelaanbod) were identified. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement.
