Summary

The Municipal Health Service (GGD) conducted a follow-up investigation at after-school care (BSO) De Grote Beabende in Rotterdam on 21 July 2026. This investigation followed an annual inspection on 16 December 2025 during which violations were identified regarding pedagogical policy and the obligation to report, consult, and file incidents. Both requirements were reassessed during this follow-up investigation.
