This inspection report concerns an unannounced investigation following registration at after-school care (BSO) Kibeo Anemaetstraat Nieuwe-Tonge, located in a modular unit at Koningin Julianastraat 13. The location provides after-school care for 15 children aged 4 to 13 years and has temporarily relocated due to demolition and rebuilding of the school building. Previous investigations in February and November 2025 identified a violation regarding the pedagogical climate, in which insufficient boundaries were set and insufficient structure was provided. In this current investigation, the pedagogical practice has been reassessed and now meets the requirements. The location scores well on emotional safety, personal and social competence, and transmission of norms and values. One safety observation was made regarding a child without protection who was skating, to which the staff member responded adequately. All other areas, including administration, personnel, accommodation, and parental rights, were found to be in order.
