RIANT Galjoen

Welcome to RIANT Galjoen, our daycare centre located in the Galjoen neighbourhood of Lelystad. Together with primary school De Toermalijn we form one Integrated Child Centre (IKC). This means your child can grow, play and learn in one familiar place from 0 to 4 years old. Our two cosy rooms are specially designed for the very youngest: a quiet baby group for children aged 0-2 and a challenging toddler group for children aged 2-4. This way, every child receives exactly the attention and stimuli that match their age and development. We work with horizontal groups, allowing us to offer activities that perfectly connect with your child's world of experience. In the baby group the focus is on sensory experiences, motor development and lots of cuddles. The toddler group prepares your child for primary school through play: we practise independence, make first friends and discover new talents through thematic work. Our regular pedagogical staff follow your child's rhythm: whether it's time for a bottle, a fruit snack or a nap, we are there. Outside we have a safe, green playground where children can romp, build sandcastles and discover nature. Inside we have a separate sleeping room where your child can rest in a darkened environment. All our staff are qualified and ready every day with genuine attention. We believe it's important that you as a parent have a warm and trusting feeling when you bring your child to us. That's why we work closely with you and keep you informed of your child's development through personal conversations.
