Summary

Kindercentrum Vipkidz in Almere provides daycare (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) for up to 32 children aged 0-4 years in two core groups. The unannounced inspection visit took place on 11 September 2025, shortly after the official opening of the location on 25 August 2025. The inspection concludes that the childcare does not meet all requirements; in particular, the outdoor space is not yet appropriately set up. Children are able to play outdoors with loose play materials. The location has sufficient indoor space, qualified staff, a clear pedagogical policy, and a safe, positive atmosphere. A recovery offer was made for the complaints procedure, after which requirements were met. The municipality is advised not to enforce, as the outdoor space will be completed in the near future.
