About this care
Welcome to Basker daycare Leeuwenstein (formerly BLOS), located at Leeuwenstein 5 in the green surroundings of Hoevelaken. Our facility offers childcare for children aged 0 to 4 years in three groups: two groups for children aged 0-3 years and one group for children aged 2-4 years. We follow the principle of 'learning through play': children explore the world in small, home-like groups with dedicated, familiar pedagogical staff who truly know every child.
Our location has its own small farm and a beautiful outdoor area where children go outside daily to play and discover. We regularly make trips to the forest with the pushcart. Children can sleep in comfortable outdoor beds which contributes to healthy development.
Our location is centrally located and easily accessible with free parking next to the building. We offer daily fresh bread with healthy toppings, healthy snacks and seasonal fruit. For the youngest children we provide diapers (Pampers), wipes, care products and formula (Nutrilon 1 and 2).
Safety and a sense of security are paramount. Our pedagogical staff are ready to lend a helping hand when needed. Parents receive updates, photos and messages through the Basker parent app. We believe every child should feel welcome, exactly as they are.
