About this care
Welcome to Partou Het Hart! Our daycare is located in the charming village house Het Hart at Jolinkweg 2 in Eefde. We provide a safe, homely environment where children aged 0 to 4 feel completely at home. The cheerful group rooms are divided into different play corners and include a separate floor area for the little ones. For rest moments we have two cozy bedrooms set up.
Playing outside is just as important to us. In our sheltered outdoor play area, children can climb, slide and discover. For babies there is a separate space where they can crawl and take their first steps.
Our location manager Barbara Devenijns and her team are ready every day to guide your child with love and expertise. We work according to the Partou Pedagogiek: children make their first friends here, learn something new every day and all milestones are shared via the Partou parent app, so you don't miss anything.
We serve fresh and healthy meals daily and offer pre-school education. Flexible care is also available. We regularly go outside for walks, visits to the petting zoo and meetings with residents of care home Het Spijk. A music teacher visits 6 times a year for singing and music activities. Daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Het Hart in Eefde, part of Smallsteps B.V., was inspected on 7 September 2026 by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) Noord- en Oost-Gelderland on behalf of the municipality of Lochem. The unannounced annual inspection showed that the location meets all assessed quality requirements in the domains of pedagogical climate and staff and groups. The pedagogical practice was assessed positively: staff members know the children well, sensitively respond to their needs, stimulate development through play, and guide social interactions. Staffing levels meet legal ratios and all employees hold the required Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and qualifications. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The holder confirmed in their statement of views that all requirements are met and has committed to continuing to safeguard quality.
