We are KDV Helen Parkhurst, located at Baambruggestraat 2 in The Hague. As part of Kind Centrum Helen Parkhurst, we provide childcare for children aged 0 to 4. Summary

KDV Helen Parkhurst in 's-Gravenhage, part of gro-up Kinderopvang B.V., was inspected on 9 December 2025. The daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) provides daycare for 44 children (ages 0-4) in three core groups and is located within primary school Helen Parkhurst as an Integral Child Center (Integraal Kindcentrum/IKC). The location also provides early childhood education (voorschoolse educatie/VE) through the Piramide programme. The inspection covered pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, and accommodation. No violations were identified. The pedagogical policy is being implemented in accordance with requirements, the staff-to-child ratio is being observed, and all staff hold the required Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and registration. The early childhood education provision meets all quality requirements, including the offer of 960 hours per child. The accommodation has sufficient space, although the group rooms at 46 m² are slightly below standard; this is compensated by shared use of the gymnasium. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement action.
