Elorah Oosterland

Elorah Oosterland is a Christian daycare center located within the Ds. J. Bogerman School at Weelstraat 1 in Oosterland. We provide care for a maximum of 14 children in our toddler group, specifically designed for children aged 2 to 3 years. Our location has been officially registered in the National Childcare Register since September 30, 2013, under number 677219441. We work closely with the Ds. J. Bogerman School, with whom we have a strong connection. This collaboration ensures a smooth transition from the toddler group to primary education. Each day begins with prayer, and we believe it is important for children to experience how the Biblical worldview functions in practice. Our pedagogical staff naturally convey these values during childcare. Our toddler group is open Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We provide preschool education (VE), where we work on your child's development through play. The activities are tailored to the age and developmental stage of the toddlers, with language development playing an important role. We operate in a horizontal group structure, meaning children of the same age are together in one group. As a Christian childcare organization, we believe it is important for children to learn to show respect for one another, based on the Biblical command to love your neighbor as yourself. We devote ample attention to Christian holidays and commemorations, making these experiences concrete and understandable for the children.
