KDV De Kluis

KDV De Kluis is located in the parish hall right next to De Kluis primary school in Geleen. We provide care in separate groups for babies and toddlers, ensuring each child receives the attention suited to their age. The baby group (0-2 years) has its own quiet space, while toddlers (2-4 years) are cared for in a separate, modern unit with all necessary facilities. One of the toddler groups offers only morning care, ideal for toddler care. Our group rooms are homely and stimulating, with play corners linked to different themes. In the toddler group we use the Early Childhood Education program “Speelplezier,” supporting language development and social skills. We craft, read aloud, sing, do gym and play outside. One of the children’s favorite activities is walking with the big Kiddy Bus and visiting Kinderboerderij Daniken. Our site has a secure outdoor play area with challenging play equipment specially for the KDV children, where they can play and explore safely. All groups are guided by regular pedagogical staff so your child always sees familiar faces. Many children who start at KDV De Kluis or the toddler care move on to the primary school next to our location, ensuring a familiar and gradual transition for both children and parents.
