Daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) De Kiem in Enschede, part of Smallsteps/Partou B.V., was inspected on 3 June 2026 by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) Twente. This was an annual inspection for a preschool education location with 16 childcare places for toddlers aged 2 to 4 years.
