About this care
Welcome to Kindcentrum Mellepark, located at Germenzeel 500 in the heart of Uden-Oost. In our modern building we provide childcare for children aged 0-13, with our daycare specifically focused on the youngest ones from 0-4 years. We are open every weekday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM and offer both full-day and half-day care.
Our baby and toddler groups follow a horizontal group structure, ensuring your child plays and develops in a safe, age-appropriate environment. For the littlest ones we have separate sleeping areas and a quiet corner with cribs and beds. There is also a spacious, green outdoor playground where children can romp and explore.
We believe it is important that your child develops in a familiar environment. Therefore we work with fixed pedagogical staff who truly get to know your child. Together with you we create a personal development plan, tailored to the world of experience of your baby or toddler. We offer early childhood education (VVE), allowing your child to take the first steps towards primary school in a playful way.

KC Mellepark in Uden, a daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) for ages 0-4 operated by Kiobra B.V., was inspected on 29 June 2026 in connection with an application to expand the number of childcare places from 28 to 42. The inspection focused on the opening of a third core group 'Egeltjes' for 14 toddlers (ages 2-4). The location meets virtually all quality requirements, including reporting changes, early childhood education, stability of care, safety policy, and accommodation requirements. One violation was identified: the pedagogical work plan contained insufficient concrete description of working methods for the new group, particularly regarding the toddler toilet, stair use, and outdoor spaces. Following a recovery offer, this has been fully supplemented and the location now meets all requirements. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises the municipality of Maashorst positively to grant the expansion to 42 places (not the requested 45).
