KC IJsselmonde in Rotterdam, a daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) for ages 0–4 with 48 places, was subject to a further investigation by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) on 27 March 2026. This investigation focused on the obligation to report, consult, and file, which was found to be non-compliant during a previous inspection on 28 November 2025. At that time, staff were insufficiently aware of how to act upon suspicions of abuse by the holder. The holder resolved this by discussing the policy with the team and placing it on the agenda regularly. The further investigation showed that staff are now familiar with the correct procedures. No violations were identified.
